Young children
Memorize during the week: "From the beginning of the creation God made them male and female." (Mark 10:6)
Song of the week: Families Can Be Together Forever
Make up actions (or use ASL) for keywords: family, earth, good, share, life, eternity, families, together, forever, Heavenly Father, plan, Lord, can.
Draw stick figure families while singing.
Make copies of pictures from a family album and have your children match them while singing.
Monday
Doctrine: Heavenly Father wants us to marry in the temple and have eternal families. Mark 10:6–8
Scriptures
Read the simplified explanation for the first paragraph of the Family Proclamation.

Activities
Cut out pictures of men and women from a magazine and sort them by gender. Tape a man and woman together to be married.
Show pictures of your wedding or pull out your wedding gown for your children to try on.

Sit on a rocking chair together and read through a flip chart for "I Know That My Savior Loves Me" (tip: you can show it on a tablet or other device instead of printing.)
Have your children close their eyes and imagine sitting with Jesus and being blessed by Him.
Look through Life of Jesus Christ images and invite your children to point out their favorites and explain why.
Friday

Go on a treasure hunt to find a paper that says Eternal Life. Hide sticky notes, each with a stone tablet shape drawn around a one word clue (e.g. bathtub) that leads to the next clue.
Sunday
Conference Talk Sundaes: watch a talk together and eat ice cream.
Invite relatives or family members to tell stories about their life while your children illustrate the story in these Story Time Squares.
