Monday
Doctrine: The Holy Ghost helps me feel love, joy, and peace. Galatians 5:22–23
Scripture
Show a fruit tree picture. Like a tree that gives us fruit, the Holy Ghost can give us wonderful blessings. Read Galatians 5:22-23 to discover those blessings.
Coloring page
Activities
Make a "peace fort" using a white sheet and pillows. Play peaceful music and hug stuffed animals in the peace fort. (Idea from here)
Read the story A Comforting Song.
With a sharpie, write different fruits of the spirit on some good bananas. Write negative feelings, like anger or hate, onto bruised bananas.
Tuesday

Activities
Set a timer for one minute to find each kind of fruit in the kitchen. Make/decorate paper place mats labeled with fruits of the Spirit. Place a different fruit on each mat.
Ask your children to describe the taste of various fruits. Like fruits have different flavor, we can feel the Holy Ghost in different ways.

Wednesday

Activities
Give a child something heavy to carry. Many things can feel like a burden, such as being sick or feeling sad or lonely. Ask another child to help lift the object.
Ask which of these pictures of baptismal covenants shows bearing another's burden.

Watch A Flood of Rescuers. It may be fun to act it out in the bathtub with toys.
Make a Helping Hands outfit by taping hand outlines to yellow clothing. Walk around the house searching for family members or stuffed animals in need.

Friday

Activities
Show that choices have good and bad consequences with this CTR poster.
Play this Choose the Right board game based on Chutes and Ladders.
Read the story Toys in the Tub.
Have your children draw pictures of good choices they made this week and the consequences that followed.
Saturday
Doctrine: Our actions, both good and bad, have consequences. Galatians 6:7–9
Scripture
Display a seed and a vegetable. Read Galatians 6:7–9, pretending to plant a seed for the word “soweth" and pick a vegetable from a plant for the word “reap.”

Color the trees in the activity (pg 6-8) listed below.
Activities
Show seed packet pictures (pg 5), asking what will grow from each seed. Compare to consequences.
Do this activity (pg 6-8) of sorting seeds that lead to corruption or everlasting life.
Make a poster chart of household consequences for specific good and bad behavior.
