Doctrine: My Heavenly Father loves me. Romans 8:35–39
Scripture
Pretend to climb a mountain, dive underwater, and be chased by a bear. During each scenario, ask "Are we too far away from God's love?" Summarize Romans 8:35-39.

Pin "God loves me" hearts (page 3) to your children and talk about how nothing can take away His love for us.

Come up with actions for the key words in Romans 10:17. Use the actions as you recite the scripture together.

Activities
Make up a story about your children listening to the word of God in various ways. While you tell the story, blow up a balloon little by little to represent their faith growing.

Thursday

Read: Alma Teaches About Faith.
Activities
Sing"Faith" (CS 96) with this interactive printable (Ctrl F "flips").
Have your children crouch down like seeds and grow taller as you name off ways we can hear the word of God.
Take the small pictures from the coloring page above and tape them to cups of water. As you talk about each picture, pour its cup of water into an empty pitcher labeled "faith".
Friday
Doctrine: I can say thank you to those who help me. Romans 16:1–4
Scripture
Cut individual letters from a newspaper to spell "thanks" and have your child find the matching word in Romans 16:4.

Create bus stops around the house. Have one child play the bus driver with others as passengers. At each stop a child gets off and thanks the bus driver. (Idea from here)
